FTP INFORMATION
OPTION
#1:
1.
FTP address: yourdomain.com
2.
Directory to Publish Files: /web/
Make
sure you are not in the User Directory (Example:
/users/username/ if you put your site files here
they will not work. You need to be in the main
/web/ directory.
If
you log in using CUTEFTP or Other FTP program,
you will likely be in the admin user web directory.
EXAMPLE:
You
may be here:
/users/web/
You need to navigate up two folders then into
the /web/ directory. See below...
/
certs
logs
users
web ( <------- put your files here. Make sure
your index.htm file is placed in this directory
for your homepage)
3.
User Name : User Name we provided when
you signed up for an account. Click
here if you have forgotten your user name and
password. Must be an e-mail address we have
on file. or call Toll Free 1-888-578-8300.

Password : Password we provided when you
signed up for an account. Click
here if you have forgotten your user name and
password. Must be an e-mail address we have
on file. or call Toll Free 1-888-578-8300
EXAMPLE
SETUP
FTP
ADDRESS: yourdomain.com (no need to type
ftp.yourdomain.com)
DIRECTORY: /web/
USERNAME: username we provided
PASSWORD: password we provided
Your
homepage should be named index.html
If
you go through the steps above and upload your
index.html file, you should be able to go to
http://www.yourdomain.com and see your new
webpage. If you are unable
to see your changes or the page you created, you
put the index.html file in the wrong directory.
Make sure you hit refresh in your browser first
before you readjust your settings.
